2.               Notice of the meeting was posted Monday, February 13, 2017.

 

3.               Approve the minutes of the meeting of Wednesday, February 8, 2017.

 

4.               Receive Report of Fees for January, 2017. (Document Received)

5.               Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution PBA 43-17: Cash fund appropriations for PBA-Metro Parking Fund 70395410-54000 in the amount of $10,000.00.   To appropriate receipts for January, 2017.

 

6.                  Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution PBA 44-17: Cash fund appropriations for PBA-Investor s Capital Building Fund 70395420 in the amount of $40,000.00.   To appropriate receipts for January, 2017.

 

7.                  Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution PBA 45-17: Cash fund appropriations for PBA-Debt Service Fund 70395440 in the amount of $102,183.50.  To appropriate receipts for January, 2017.

 

8.                  Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution PBA 46-17: Cash fund appropriations for PBA-Reserve Fund 70395445 in the amount of $197,538.93.  To appropriate receipts for January, 2017.

 

9.                  Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution PBA 47-17: Transfer of Cash and Appropriations from PBA-Reserve Fund 70395445 to Capital Improvement-Regular TIF Revolving 20103230 in the amount of $600,000.00.  Transfer is necessary to provide advance funding for projects that will be reimbursed from TIF Funds. When funds are received from TIF they will be reimbursed back to PBA-Reserve.  This item requested by Ray Vaughn, Commissioner District No. 3.

 

10.            Approve all claims, list available for inspection in the office of the County Clerk, Room 201.  (Document Received)

 

11.            Citizen participation:   Any citizen wishing to address the Public Buildings Authority may do so at this time.

 

12.       New business:   In accordance with the Open Meeting Act, Title 25 O.S.   311.A.9, new business is defined as any matter not known about or which could not have been reasonably foreseen prior to the time of posting the agenda.
